Before You Book

A few things to know about our prices.

Our certified-diver rates let you choose between bringing your own equipment and renting a complete setup from the shop.

Core recreational course prices include the required course materials, instruction, rental equipment, training dives, tank fills, boat fees where applicable and certification processing unless the course description says otherwise.

The Roatan Marine Park fee is separate from all dive and course prices.

Payment Options

Cash payments are accepted in US dollars or Honduran lempiras.

Major credit cards, PayPal and Canadian Interac e-Transfer are also accepted. Any applicable taxes or processing charges will be confirmed before payment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

South-Shore Diving

Between October and January, weather may occasionally require us to move operations from West End to Flowers Bay.

A $10 transportation charge applies per dive on south-shore days. A minimum of three divers is required.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving

Try scuba without committing to a full certification course.

You will begin with basic skills in calm, confined water before heading out for a closely supervised reef dive with a PADI Instructor.

Discover Scuba Diving is not a certification, but some of the training may count toward Open Water if you decide to continue.

Short on time but still want a real scuba certification?

PADI Scuba Diver covers part of the Open Water course and qualifies you to dive to 12 metres / 40 feet under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional.

The certification can later be upgraded to full PADI Open Water Diver.

This is where independent scuba diving begins.

Complete your theory online, learn the core skills with your instructor and make four open-water dives on Roatan’s reef.

Once certified, you can dive with a buddy anywhere in the world within the limits of your training and experience.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Five dives, very little classroom time and no final written exam.

You will complete Deep and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dives, then choose three additional dives based on your interests and the conditions available during your course.

Divers aged 12 to 14 earn the Junior Advanced Open Water certification and follow the applicable junior depth limits.

PADI Rescue Diver

Rescue Diver changes the way you think underwater.

You will learn to recognize problems earlier, manage stress, assist tired or panicked divers and respond to more complex diving emergencies.

The course includes ten rescue exercises and two full scenarios in and around Half Moon Bay.

Emergency First Response is available separately for $145 and can be scheduled alongside the Rescue course.

Yes. All prices shown on this page are in US dollars. Cash may also be paid in Honduran lempiras at the exchange rate confirmed by the shop.

There are two certified-diving rates. The own-equipment rate is for divers bringing their personal setup. Full rental equipment is available for $5 more per dive.

Full standard rental equipment is included in the listed core recreational course prices unless the course description states otherwise.

No. The Marine Park fee is paid separately. The current fee is $10 annually or $3 for a daily pass.
